Ridin' Dirty with some dro' and some nukes

Check out this report on cats buying nuclear waste without any scrutiny. It is certainly alarming... but why? Is it because it is so easy to do so or because we know it is propaganda purposely leaked to add to the post 9/11 fear? We know the gov't isn't gonna get reprimanded. I applaud the report but I wonder if it is congruent with the latest homeland security guru telling us his gut tells him Al Qeada is alive and strong in Europe and the US, so be prepared for another strike. WTF for real?
